Rotten side plank removed, rotted ribs replaced, interior cleaned and refinished with eight coats of varnish.
New starboard side plank fitted. New motor pad on transom, new foredeck and gunwales fitted. Exterior fibreglass removed and replaced, and hull refinished.

Spray rail, steamed and formed.
Bow, 2 layers of glass, 3 of epoxy. I'll put one more coat, then paint.
Bow plank close up- match in grain before staining.
New stem inserted.

Rotted plank in forward deck was removed and replaced with new cedar with matching grain.
Wood was stained to match the color of the old decking.
Coaming had to be removed. Rotted wood in deck beam behind coaming was replaced with a dutchman.

Spray rails removed and replaced with new wood steamed and moulded to fit curve of old ones.
All wood on deck was stripped. Deck, stem and spray rails were finished with eight coats of spar varnish.
Cracks in the fibreglass covering the bottom on the outside of the boat were repaired and the repaired area refinished to match the original paint.
